      How to Install the HubSpot Mobile App on Your Device

      Learn how to install the HubSpot mobile app on your iOS or Android devices for on-the-go access.

      The mobile version of HubSpot's CRM tools provides on-the-go access. The HubSpot mobile app is available for installation on iOS devices using iOS 14 or later, as well as Android devices using Android 8 or higher. To ensure optimal functionality, please verify that your HubSpot mobile app is version 3.264.0 or later for iOS or version 2.104.0 or later for Android. You can download the most recent versions of the app at no cost from the App Store Connect or the Google Play Store. 

      HubSpot iOS Installation

      1. Launch the App Store on your device.
      2. Find the HubSpot app and initiate the download and installation process by selecting the "Download" option.
      3. Once the download is complete, either select "Open" or navigate to the HubSpot app on your device to launch it.
      4. If you want to receive push notifications from the app, you will be prompted to grant permission when a "HubSpot" Would Like to Send You Notifications message appears. If you wish to enable notifications, follow the instructions for allowing push notifications from the HubSpot app.
      5. Enter your HubSpot credentials and select "Log In." If you have access to multiple HubSpot accounts, you will be asked to choose which account to use. After this step, your device will be connected to your HubSpot account.

      HubSpot Android Installation

      1. Locate and launch the Google Play Store on your device.
      2. Find the the HubSpot (CRM & Sales) app. Install the app by selecting the "Install" option.
      3. After the installation process is complete, either select "Open" or navigate to the HubSpot app on your device to launch it.
      4. Enter your HubSpot credentials and select "Log In." If you have access to multiple HubSpot accounts, you will be asked to choose which account to use. After this step, your device will be connected to your HubSpot account.

      Manage your mobile app settings

      You have the ability to manage your Account settings and Preferences, submit feedback regarding the mobile app, and seek assistance from HubSpot Support within the app settings.

      Both iOS and Android settings

      • If using iOS or Android, access your settings by selecting "Menu" in the bottom navigation menu. Then, navigate to the bottom of the left sidebar and select the account name.

      Download the Latest Version of the HubSpot App

      To avoid missing essential updates, we recommend automating app updates in your device settings, either for all apps or exclusively for the HubSpot mobile app.

      iOS App Updates

      Automatic updates:

      • Settings
      • App Store
      • App Updates
      • Turn on App Updates

      Manual updates:

      • App Store
      • Tap on your profile icon at the top of your screen
      • Find the HubSpot app. Tap Update to update the latest version.

      Android App Updates

      Automatic updates:

      • Google Play Store
      • Tap profile icon
      • Settings
      • Network preferences
      • Auto Updates

      • Under the updates menu, tap update next to the HubSpot app
