Learn how to add and edit your email signature to the HubSpot CRM.
Set up an email signature for emails sent through the CRM. Here's how to set up a email signature for your HubSpot user profile:
- In the main navigation bar, click the ⚙️ settings icon in the top right.
- Choose General in the left sidebar menu.
- Click Email.
- Under Configure, click Edit email signature.
- Add your signature in the text box. There are two ways to edit/ add your email signature:
- Use the Simple editor to use icons to format text, insert links, or images.
- Choose HTML and edit the HTML of your email signature.
- Click Save.

Please Note: If you customize the font of your signature in the HTML editor, however many fonts are not supported across most email clients.
